Ten szablon n8n tworzy prostego bota WhatsApp działającego jako Agent Sprzedaży. Agent korzysta z bazy danych produktów w formie vector store, aby lepiej odpowiadać na pytania użytkowników.

Szablon składa się z dwóch głównych części:

  • Tworzenie vector store z katalogiem produktów
  • Budowa chatbotu AI na WhatsApp

Proces działania:

  1. Brochura produktowa jest importowana przez węzeł HTTP request, a jej zawartość tekstowa jest wyodrębniana
  2. Zawartość tekstowa jest przesyłana do vector store w pamięci, aby zbudować bazę wiedzy dla chatbotu
  3. Trigger WhatsApp przechwytuje wiadomości od klientów, filtrując wiadomości nietekstowe
  4. Wiadomość klienta jest wysyłana do Agenta AI, który przeszukuje katalog produktów korzystając z narzędzia vector store
  5. Odpowiedź Agenta jest wysyłana z powrotem do użytkownika przez węzeł WhatsApp

Instrukcja użycia
